Total Control Treatment Plan

Verdant Turf offers several options to serve your turf management plan the best. The first option is the Total Control treatment plan. Five visits over the year to build your defense, remove unwanted pests, and fortify your turf for outstanding performance and health.

Visit One

Pre Emergent spray applied to guard from late winter and early spring weeds. Anything missed from last year, will be hit with spot treatments. Included with this visit is an early summer assessment to begin building your management plan. Last call for Total Control Treatment Plan is March 5.

Visit Two

Second round begins with a slow release nutrient mix to fortify turf and support summer long growth. Building up the overall health and vitality of your grass. A crucial step for dormant summer grasses to wake up and begin feeding.

Visit Three

Early summer visit three includes a layer of weed control to remove tough weeds and keep unwanted grasses and nutsedges from enjoying all of our prior hard work! And once again, as included with each and every trip, a spot treatment for anything showing up that we don’t want.

Visit Four

Summer has taken its toll on your turfs nutrient reserves. It’s time to give it another mineral fortification treatment which will help strengthen the turf and provide ample nutrients for proper root growth. Giving your turf the best chance for a great start next year.

Visit Five

Fall is upon us, as our season draws to a close we want to protect the Turf we have invested in. This application is the next step in making sure we have a healthy lawn for next year and as such, we use a premium winter stable pre emergent designed to last up to six months for our over winter weed protection.
